What We Guarantee

Damaged or Wrong Items

• •Report damaged, leaking, or wrong products within 24 hours of delivery
• •Share your order number and a clear photo of the issue
• •We will arrange replacement or refund for verified quality problems
• •Opened perishables may not qualify unless the item arrived clearly spoiled or incorrect

What Is Not Covered

• •Normal variation in natural products (e.g. honey colour by season)
• •Damage after delivery due to improper storage at home
